To build the capabilities of HR Executives and enable them to acquire in-depth knowledge of the contemporary HR function, NTPC has partnered with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) to bring access for its HR Executives to SHRM Global Internet Membership that provides them an expanding array of cutting-edge resources, customized webinars, events and networking opportunities.

The Launch Programme of the SHRM Membership was held through MS Teams today and inaugurated by Shri D. K. Patel, Director (HR).

Shri Sebastian Joseph, CGM (HR), and HR Officials from across all stations and senior Representatives of SHRM India were present.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri D. K. Patel, Director (HR), stated that Learning & Development is a core philosophy of NTPC and various initiatives are being taken to facilitate employees to acquire the appropriate skills and knowledge in this fast-changing world of business.
